2013 Huntington Beach Concours d'Elegance

This isthe 27th year for the Huntington Beach Concours and it continues to be an outstanding
automotive event in the Southern California car culture. Last year, a field of 14 Packards was the hightlight of the show, and Bill Maya's beautiful 1956 Caribbean Convertible took home best of show honors. The Concours is held on the grounds of the Huntington Beach Central Park, adjacent to the Huntington Beach Central Library and Cultural Resource Center at Talbot and Golden West. The show is held annually to support the Children's Resource Center of the Library.
Again this year, Bart McGrath, founder of the Huntington Beach Concours, has invited the Southern Caiifornia Region of Packards international to participate in the event and has reserved prime space in the center of the show for 20 Packards to be grouped together.
Also, to encourage participation byour club in this year's event, our members are being offered a special Packard VIP package discouqt that includes A VIP Luncheon for two along with your entry. The Packard VIP Package includes entry for your Automobile in the event ($35.00) and two VIP Luncheon Tickets, (normally cost $25.00 each) for a total of $60.00. This package is being offered only to Piers and represents a $25 discount. The VIP Luncheon allows entrance to the VIP tent and provides an amiable place for our members to lunch and lounge together in small groups. We assume each of our members will want to take advantage of the VIP Luncheon, however, there will be other food vendors at the show. The Automobile only entry fee is $35.00.
The Concours d'Elegance is our June 2013 event and we want to have a strong showing of Packards. Mr. McGrath has provided special Packard classes for judging. You do not need to have your car judged, but we encourage you to do so.
The Huntington Beach Concours is Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Entrants should plan on parking by 8:00AM.
